Matol Diet Stage 2

Your Last Diet

If you are ready for Matol Diet Stage 2, it means you have lost 80% of your fat loss goal. Congratulations! That important first step brings you closer to permanent healthy weight.

Follow Stage 2 exactly to lose the last 20% of your goal weight. The only change is to reduce the number of Matol Diet meals to one per day and a snack. You begin adding more animal protein to your diet.

Continue to limit carbohydrates for quick, healthy weight loss. You will soon have them back in healthy forms and healthy amounts.

Continue with your supplements. They work hand I hand with your Matol Diet Stage 2. Have you adjusted to Matol Km yet? If not remember that you can mix it with a little no calorie drink or make a hot tea with it. Use 6 to 8 ounces of hot water and lemon if desired. It is great!

Matol Diet Stage 2 is modified for diabetics. Please see modified Matol Diet Stage 1 & 2.

Meal Plan for Matol Diet Stage 2

Breakfast 1 Matol protein packet (may add tea or coffee with up to 1 oz milk)

Supplements: 2 Tablespoon Matol Km, 2 capsules Omega 3, 2 capsules Mega-Vitamins, 1 Tablespoon Calcium Magnesium

Lunch 5 ounces meat OR 7 ounces chicken, fish, or seafood*, plus unlimited salad and up to 2 cups of limited vegetables. WATER WATER WATER

Dinner 5 ounces meat OR 7 ounces chicken, fish, or seafood* plus unlimited salad and up to 2 cups of limited vegetables. Supplements: 2 Tablespoon Matol Km, 2 capsules Omega 3, 2 capsules Mega-Vitamins, 1 Tablespoon Calcium Magnesium WATER WATER WATER

HEALTHY PROTEIN CHOICES* for the Matol Diet Stage 2. Quick, healthy weight loss is your right!

5 oz Meat OR 7 oz Seafood, Poultry, Fish These protein choices may be broiled, grilled, or fried (without breading) in grape seed or olive oil. Use oil sparingly.

BEEF: filet, flank, rump steak, roast beef, extra lean ground beef

POULTRY: skinless chicken, skinless turkey, or 2 eggs

PORK: fillet, lean cooked chops or very lean cooked ham

VEAL: scaloppini, filet

FISH: fillet of sole, cod, haddock, halibut, monk fish, pike, river trout, turbot, fresh or canned tuna (salmon only once a week or less)

SEAFOOD: clams, crab, crayfish, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, shrimp, squid

VEGETABLES CHOICES Use Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing. You may also use Walden Farms or any brand dressings that are labeled fat free, carb free, calorie free. Don't let condiments sabotage quick healthy weight loss.

Unlimited salad vegetables Leafy lettuce, Boston, Roquette, Arugula, Romaine, Spinach, Escarole, Chicory, Iceberg, Radicchio, Endives and other greens.

Limited vegetables are only limited to 2 cups twice a day! Doesn’t sound too limited. Asparagus, Eggplant, Broccoli, Celery, Leeks, Green Onions, Cabbage (green, red, Napa, Chinese Savoy) Bok Choy, Cauliflower, Onions*, Cucumber, Fennel, Turnip Greens, Spinach, Green Bell Peppers, Green & Yellow Beans, Bean Sprouts, Snow peas, Mushrooms and Zucchini. *Eat only raw onions.

EXTRA LIMITED! No more than 1 or 2 weekly combined: Tomatoes, Yellow Spaghetti Squash, Red and Orange Peppers & Hearts of Palm.

AVOID! on Matol Diet Stage 1 & 2! White Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes & Yams, Peas, Carrots, Parsnips, Beets, Corn, Pumpkins, Squash, Brussels sprouts and Artichokes. You get these back later, so hang in there.

LIMIT! Limit Matol Diet “treats” like Oatmeal, Pancakes, Bars & Chili to no more than one per day. Protein Bars are “treats” and may be used no more than 1 or 2 times per week. Probably a good idea to wait to use them on Stage 2.

Spices & Herbs Provide endless variety to vary the taste and enhance your food flavors. You can use spices in your regular foods and your Matol Diet packets. T

hese include Sea Salt, fresh or dried Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lemon Zest, fresh or dried Herbs, Chili peppers & powder, Curry, hot mustard, garlic, lemon juice, flavored stevia drops, Splenda, vinegar (no carbs only).

NOTE: If seasonings have carbs in the label do not use them.
