Exercise for Vitality and Muscle Tone Move It!
We always think of exercise to develop muscle tone and help the heart - which is a muscle, too. But did you know it also helps your brain. Think of it -- brains and brawn at the same time. It not essential to quick, healthy weight loss. Yes! You heard me right. I've done it and I've seen dozens of people drop the fat fast without it. You just don't need it to lose or maintain your new trim figure. Wait until your you lose some of that fat and your weight goes down. For now simply increase movement. Walk around the house a little more. Park a little further from the grocery store. When you feel like it, increase the amount and types of exercise. As you lose more weight, work up a little routine. There are many videos available to help you. One great workout is to dance -- that's my choice and I don't get bored. Put on your favorites and move. Remember no one is watching - you can be the best dancer in the room - it always works for me. Swimming may be the best all-around for firming up. It relieves the stress on your joints and limbers up most of the body. If you don't have access to your own pool, check out the local health club or public swimming. Don't get caught up in body building -- unless that is really your thing. Limber up. Do the locomotion. You can find great fitness and workout equipment. They range from very inexpensive bar bells and stretch bands to more expensive weight equipment. We'll get into a lot more of that later. For now, my best-weight-loss-advice it to take it easy. Get the weight off and kick the fat. Your best efforts should be on losing the weight quickly.
