Fortunately, on the Matol Diet you do not have to give up chocolate forever. They recognize it is an important food group all on its own. Yes, during Matol Diet Stage 4, you can have chocolate on your cheat day. I'll start the jokes going with a true humorous event about my diet recipe fiasco. Diet Coach Concocts Strange Diet MilkshakeI wish this were a joke, the joke is on me and I have to 'fess up! I sort my Matol Diet packets on the shelf. I decided I had it wrong and sorted it different order. Later, I went to get a Matol Diet Yogurt Fieldberry packet to make a diet milkshake. Without looking at the label, I mixed everything up and took a taste.Very odd flavor! In fact it tasted a bit like sweetened omelet. I looked at the empty packet label. By mistake, I'd used the Matol Diet 3-cheese and herb omelet. I won't make that mistake again. Always read the package label is my best weight loss advice to myself.
